Getting Ready Las Vegas Hotel
They got ready at the hotel they stayed at which was so cute! Kalli had a local hair and makeup artist come to do her makeup. The red furniture of the room they got ready in was a perfect prop for some detailed photos like the bouquet and rings. We also did some getting-ready portraits with Kalli putting on her shoes and Steed tying his necktie.
First Look
After they got ready, they did a first look outside their hotel which was such a sweet moment. We headed to the ceremony location and realized that they had forgotten their rings! So we had to go back and get them but the venue was fine to push their reservation back. Being able to have a flexible elopement day is one of the many benefits of elopements like this where it’s just the couple and the photographer. With elopements like this, your plans can easily change without any stress!
The Elopement Ceremony
The ceremony took place at the Little White Chapel in Las Vegas – where many celebrities have actually gotten married! It had multiple rooms, a “drive-thru wedding” area and you could even have an Elvis impersonator officiate! The wedding ceremony was so awesome. I was able to be their witness so that was the first time I had ever signed a marriage license as a witness. After the ceremony we took some photos outside in front of the stunning chapel – check out these photos! It’s such a vibe!
After Ceremony In-And-Out
After some photos outside the chapel, we stopped at In-And-Out for some food and then headed to the dessert for more photos! The dessert photos were such a nice contrast to the city photos from their gallery. It ended up raining some while we were out there but we were so glad we got some nature elopement-style photos!
Las Vegas Desert Portraits
